Definition of Community: 
Together in Unity… A unified body of individuals with common interests living in a agreed upon location/reality. (We’re excited for the location eventually be the whole Earth)

Purpose for Our Community
To be more of who we really are. We assist one another by synchronistically reflecting what each other needs to become more aware that we are essential, unique, infinate aspects of Creation.

Results of being in Community
Living together in harmony with others speeds up the process of expansion and integration of what we have compartmentalized and kept separate. As we unify with every living thing our realization of our natural joy increases beyond our wildest dreams. We live more and more joyously, ecstatically, freely, lovingly, harmoniously, holistically, and sustainably.

Perfect Timing in Human History for Community
As a human civilization we have spent thousands years exploring the idea of individuality, segregation, and compartmentalization. We have broken ourselves into billions of different parts and played them out in every way we could imagine. We have arrived at a timing where we are finished with separation and are now putting the separated parts of ourselves back together. We are “re-membering” ourselves.
We have done our work to integrate many of the separated parts of ourselves as individuals. We’ve read the books, gone to workshops, meditated, practiced the principles, opened up our unconscious and subconscious and changed limiting definitions to expansive definitions.
Having transformed the world “inside” of ourselves, we are now ready to unify and harmonize our world “outside” of us. We realize there really is no world “outside” of us, but that’s the point, until we start experiencing and behaving as if everything is inside of our own consciousness, it isn’t! We are mind, body and spirit complexes and we must bring them all into play to actually experience the reality we say we want. We must experience unity in our physical world as well as in our mind and spirit to have a full reality experience.
Rather than focusing on the individual parts and their differences, we bring back into focus how everything is connected and that you, me, and we are really the same one thing. We are not saying that everything becomes the same; on the contrary, we encourage and celebrate everyone’s differences, while at the same time remembering how each thing is related to every other thing. It’s a hybrid of individuality and wholeness. We realize that each person is a unique individual part of the whole and at the same time each person is the whole. The One is the All and All are the One. There is no “outside.” Each of us is All That Is experiencing itself as a unique aspect. Everyone is having the same experience just as in a holograph where each of the parts contains the whole.
Many people are expressing the desire be more connected, but physical proximity makes it challenging, hence the reason for establishing physical community.

The Need For Community
If we want to experience unity, integration and equality we must take action and do things differently. It’s not enough to talk about it and then continue living in the same structures that separate us, working at the same jobs that enslave us, eating the same food makes us unhealthy, and socializing with the same people who are not a match to our vibration.
We must live together so we can influence each other to be positive, happy, and empowered. Support each other in taking action on our joy, eating healthy, and being kind.

All that we learn, our models, our technology is freely shared for the benefit of all. We realize we are one family and we share are we are and have.

Who Can Join?
Anyone who wants to be in community with us, live the philosophies we are living, has a sincere desire and determination to be their authentic self, and resonates with the group. We trust that synchronicity functions perfectly and attracts who needs to be a part of the group and repels who doesn’t. Each individual’s energetic vibration determines whether they are a match for being a part of the group. There are no guarantees except that you will get back whatever you put out. You’ll know if you belong with the group and everyone in the group will know if you belong with them. This principle is always at work even after you’re there. If the time comes for you to leave, you will know it and so will everyone else. It’s easy, when we all follow our inner guidance.

Requirments for Those Living in Community
The vibration of the community is one of joy, excitement, uncondiontional love, full expression, and challenge is seen as an exciting adventure. Those that don’t resonate with these vibrations will not be attracted to the community and not even be able to find it. You cannot see what you are not the vibration of.
You are never “required” to do anything. You are always free to do whatever you choose and you will always get back whatever you put out. Your purpose and mission is to be you as fully as you can and those living in the community choose to live this way. The way to be the most you that you can be is to act on your highest excitement each moment to the best of your ability without any insistance of the outcome.
If it is your highest excitment to live together in holistic unity, living your highest joy and sharing your unique gifts and just as excited for others to do the same, and you are excited to detach from limiting definitions that do not serve you, and you are now excited to live and love unconditionally, and you are dedicated to living life as guided by your higher self then this community is for you. If you are ready to let go of the game of polarity, not being enough, filling the feeling of lack with ego creations of things outside of you, and living in fear then this community is for you.
Qualities of individuals living in community:
1. Desire (Willingness, Openness, Drive) to be the most you that you can be.
2. Dedication (Determination, Conviction) to be the most you that you can be.
3. Detachment (Let go, Shift, Transform) from limiting definitions.
4. Definitions (Beliefs that do not serve you) of limitation replaced with empowering definitions.

Donnations
We are excited to receive all donations of money and other symbols of value. We define donnations as unconditional gifts of the heart and free of any manipulative energy which means that you cannot buy a place in the community or any special treatment with money. Your place in the community is secured by who you are not what you have. We are moving to a world where who a person is has value rather than symbols like money.

Living Our Joy Provides All We Need
We have what we need to have when we need to have it. Everyone living in community understands the concept of excitement being a “complete package” and happily contributes whatever needs to be done to make sure that not only are everyones basic needs met, but that everyone is living their highest joy.
Providing what we need can be done very efficiently with minimum effort by working together as an integrated group and utilizing the best ideas and technologies such as high efficiency sustainable modular living quarters, aeroponic gardening, and free energy. There is no lack in an abundant perspective. Nothing is left out of the complete package of excitement.
To prosper and live abundantly we need a place to sleep, food to eat, fellow beings who love us, and the opportunity to share our passion and joy. It’s simple. It’s been done for thousands of years in the indigenes cultures. Fear of not being able to pay the rent, buy food, or provide the basics of life leads to working at jobs that makes us feel like slaves. It’s time to let go of systems that are broken and work together in community to provide what each of us wants and needs as a part of our human society. We have the resources; we just need to allocate them fairly and equally. This is what “community” is.

Sharing Your Gifts and Talents
Sharing your gifts with the community will be similar to the way it is done in many indigenous and native cultures, where each individual is celebrated for his or her innate talents and he or she is excited to share them for the bennifit of the whole group. To access and share your innate gifts your chakra’s must be opend.
In the Native American culture a individual would “go to the hill” to receive his or her “medicine”.  If the individual is humble and sincere about offering his or her gifts for the benefit of the community and carries this attitude over into his or her daily life. If he or she takes action in this way, and expresses gratitude and love in the sacred way that is his or her own, then he or she will eventually receive the great reward in some form of medicine power (innate gift).
In the new ecconomy that we are moving to we will value who a person is, their talents and gifts rather than what they control.

The Plan
The plan is to come together in unified holistic sustainable communities where we can physically experience another way to live that is more in alignment with our philosophies and who we really are than traditional mainstream life.
In cities we start small, live as groups in large houses or houses next to each other.
The community needs to be self sustaining as much as possible. People coming into the community need to take part in providing the needs of the community.
We do not want to move from one slavery system to another or loose the advantages technology offers. We are not going backwards.
Ultimatly we would like to acquire properties in a fashion that allows them to be free, clear, and unencumbered from any liens. All Earth’s resources are for all Earth’s inhabitances. We are transitioning away from the idea of individual ownership and returning the land to the Earth and take our place as part of a holistic system.
We are part of a growing world movement that realizes that our present path is not reasonable or unsustainable and will eventually be replaced with new holistic philosophies and systems that will eventually envelop the entire world and we become a unified holistic human civilization.

Different levels of living in Community
Level 1 – City Sites. People will maintain their present lives and careers, and live the concepts of community in their homes and apartment living structures. They will come together as often as possible to share new ideas, resources, food, and to socialize.
Level 2 – Rural Agricultural Sites. People will live together full-time in community. They will maintain some ties to their careers. They will work together as a unified whole sharing work, food, fun, and new ideas. Some Key focus points will be sustainability and high food production.
Level 3 – Isolated Sacred Sites. People will live together full-time in community. They will be free of their careers and fully committed to the idea of community. They will work together as a unified whole sharing work, food, fun, and new ideas. It will be the highest energetic vibration of all the communities.
As we go through the transformation from third to fourth desity, there will be those who are on different levels of expansion. To accomidate for this we will have different types of communities with each level being an increase in energetic vibration, self-sufficiency, and sustainability.  These levels will allow us to gradually adjust as our consciousness expands and we go through the ascension process.
These different community levels are also essential for the Extra Terrestrial Hybrids because when they first make contact they will need to be in isolated areas to acclimatize and as they become more accustom to our society they can then move into more populated areas. We are meeting them half way. We step up as they step down. Just imagine living in community with our hybrid children and having them teach us the way our Extra Terrestrial family lives.

Funding and Bridging from the Old Money System
We will use the existing financial structures to fund the development of self-sufficient money free communities.
The means to acquire properties will come in all the forms we can possibly imagine and in ways we have not yet imagined. We are abundant and will have what we need when we need to have it. The means to purchase the properties and build the necessary structures will by raised by collecting cash donations, donations of labor, trades, properties will be donated outright, and many, many other forms.
There will be people that remain in the existing monetary system to be the bridge of assist in supporting the new structures until they are self-sufficient. For those that are excited about the idea of community but not ready to quite yet to completely leave the existing system, you can help finance those that have completely left the old system and building the infrastructure of new communities. Everyone has something different to offer. Invest what you have to invest whether it’s money, time, talent, or resources. Go at a pace you are comfortable with and do what you are moved to do. You don’t need to let go of everything all at once. Everything helps and it will all be useful.

Why it will Work 
We are unified philosophically, connected in a heart centered way, and have positive social tools to deal with issues as they come up. Communities that are successful are philosophically aligned, which is the case with us. Our philosophical model is based on positive definitions from our higher mind and is not based on negative definitions that typically come from the physical mind. The philosophies are modeled after those of the fifth dimensional Essassani civilization.
A hundred people unified, integrated, and working together as a group can accomplish more that a thousand people who are separated, segregated, and working as individuals. Imagine needing to add on a new room, plant the garden, send out an email blast, or raise money to cover a new building and a hundred people show up. How much could we accomplish if we join together and utilize all our talent and energy? Great things can be accomplished very quickly when we all work together to make it happen.
It will work because the timing is right; humanity is transforming and moving from being segregated to integrated. The scale has tipped to being slightly more positive than negative.
It will work because we believe it will. Believing is seeing, not seeing is believing. We know that our reality is manifested from our state of being and definitions, so when we align ourselves with the ideas of a unified holistic community, it must work. We are supported by our higher guidance, extra terrestrials, spiritual guides, angels, and Creation itself.

Causes of Failure
One of the major causes of the failure of communities is that they were not based on a “complete” philosophical model. They come together for a common cause like living sustainably or to escape the norms of society, but are not in alignment in other areas philosophically. The concepts presented in this document are meant to be taken together as a whole and not separated. We need all the pieces of community in place for it to work. It is a complete system.
A major cause of failure in community comes from issues with sexuality. Sex is a part of life and limiting definitions control and posession surrounding it must be integrated along with all other limiting definitions. Acting on our highest excitement will reveal hidden definitions in our unconscious that are out of alignment with our natural self. We can then replace them with definitions that are in alignment with who we truly are.
All pain is resistance to the natural self. Most issues stem from one mistaken idea; that we are separate from each other and not part of one whole. This one core definition creates the experience of not being enough, empty, and lacking. It drives us, in a multitude of different ways including the desire to constantly add possessions to ourselves, owning and controlling people and things. These things will never fill the void as long as we believe we are separate and not whole. When we redefine ourselves as part of the same one thing, that our joy already resides within us, and is experienced by simply being who we naturally are in our own unique way; then we will experience a new world community based on love.

What it Means to Live in Community
Living in community is moving about and interacting with people with the state of being and awareness that everyone is really you… and you do for them what you would do for your dearest love one. Everyone is your friend, your son, your daughter, your brother, your sister, your Mother, your Father, your wife, and your husband. You are in love with everyone and everything. You realize it is all you.
Living in community is living our highest joy, excitement, and love. This is of upmost importance because the energy of excitement is our physical body’s representation of our true natural self. Acting on our excitement reveals hidden definitions in our unconscious that are out of alignment with our natural self. It is our purpose to be ourselves as fully as we can. Following our excitement is the path to more of who we are, a path to the new world of love we desire, a path to ascension.
Being in community is something that you are regardless of who you’re around. You’re in community with everyone at all times. You practice the ideas of community with those around you. Your roommates, the bank teller, your server, the store clerk, the dog, and cat.
Living in community is not new to us. The indigenes people and native tribes have been doing it for millennia. It’s time to combine what we have learned from living as limited individuals with what we know of living together as a tribe.
Living in community facilitates much faster conscious expansion because it is based on integrative and expansive principles of love, joy, excitement, sharing our individual gifts, and working together for the benefit of all. The ideas of both individuality and community are celebrated. Each individual can be all he or she can be and create anything he or she desires without having to take away from or hurt anyone else to do it. It is understood that each person is an essential and unique part that makes up the whole and is encouraged to be as fully expressed and creative as he or she can be for the benefit of himself or herself individually and the entire group collectively. This collective of diverse individuals creates the strongest and most healthy society it can be. Everyone is service and in love with each other individually and in service and in love with the community as a whole. Though minds may be different, though body forms may be different, it is through the heart that we recognize our spirits are one.
The group is strengthened when individuals fully express themselves.

Husband, wife, father, mother, son, and daughter are all archetypes that every person embodies. Everyone is treated as your husband, wife, father, mother, son, and daughter with support, love, and respect.  We are all one family and we treat each other as such. Both masculine and feminine energies are also archetypical energies fully present in each individual and expressed in whatever way is called for.

1. Government Defined: What would has been called government we like to call facilitation of synchronicity. The idea of government ruling the people is exchanged for those who serve the people in facilitating synchronicity. Trust in synchronicity is taken to an art form. It works seamlessly because of the telemphathic bond between all people who understand we are one and at the same time individual. There is no need for rulers, classes, government protection, or for government to keep secrets from us. Equalization of all people without rulers or classes provides self-empowerment for all. The power resides with the people rather than giving it over to a small group who govern the people.
2. Decision Making: By consenus and in keeping with the community philosophies. All input, including children's, will welcomed. If agreement is not reached, then two or more methods will be tried until one or variations of one can be decided on. We are excited to always be evolving.

4. Leadership: The is not identified leader. Leadership is by the whole group. We trust that synchronisity always leads the way and that what is happening is meant to happen. Trust in synchronisity is taken to an artform. Following our excitement lets us know what to do next. We work together as a whole.
5. Security: Our safeguard from attack or war is to know that we are not of that vibration, and those that are, not being of the same reality, will not find us.
Labor and Money
Financial Style: In city communitites it will range from no income sharing to partial income sharing as needed. It rural communities there will be partial income sharing as needed until we can move to 100% income sharing. Ultimatly we’d like to move completely away from using any money at all. Rather than placing value on arbitrary symbols like money that a person controls, we will place value on the person them self, who they are, and their innate gifts.
Open to Members with Pre-existing Debt: Yes. We can work with the member to find a way to eliminate it and be a part of the community.
Labor Contribution: The idea is to meet all our needs by everyone following their highest excitement and that excitement includes staying nurished and sheltered. Our first priority, and excitement, is to make sure that the group’s basic needs are taken care of, which means we will all contribute labor as needed to make this happen. It may be just a few hours a week all the way up to forty hours a week if if that’s what needs to happen. Eventually it will even out into a nice flow where everyone finds their niche and is doing what they love to do when they love to do it!

Community Philosophies
A society is made from a collection of definitions that serve as the essential characteristics of the system. The collective definitions of a group determines the collective reality that is experienced. There is no experience if there is no definition. You can’t experience what you don’t define.
We have created a list of definitions that we hold, or at least aspire to hold, in order to have the experience we prefer which is a new more integrated, awakened and expansive way to live as a society. It doesn’t mean we are always being all we say we’d like to be, but we do our best, we follow our excitement, and trust that synchronisity will bring exactly what needs to happen. The list of definitions serves as a template and will evolve and change as we all work together to create our new reality that is more in alignment with who we truly are.

Existence
You exist. You cannot not exist. You are eternal. You are consciousness. Everything is made of consciousness. You are All That Is. You are the One. You are “is-ness.” You are a free-will entity. You can exist as an infinite range of different ideas, including different beings, times, and places, but you cannot not exist.

The All are the One and the One is the All
You are a holographic representation of Creation where each individual piece contains the whole. Each seemingly different individual is the same one thing experiencing itself from a different perspective. You are “All That Is” experiencing itself as the unique perspective that you are and so is everyone and everything else. You and everyone and everything are all connected. It is all the same one thing.

Attraction and Repulsion
What you put out you get back. The vibration of energy that you are attracts more of what you are and repels what you are not. You will only experience what you are the vibration of. It is the “TV” channel you are tuned to. Allow joy and synchronicity to increase by letting go of what wants to get away from you and letting in what wants to come to you. Pain is resistance to the natural self. The natural self is your core energetic vibration. Life in and of itself is neutral and comes with no built in meaning. You give life it’s meaning with your definitions. Your experience of any person, situation, or thing is determined by your definitions. Something not working in your life means you have a definition that is out of alignment with your natural self that you are unwilling to let go of either consciously or subconsciously. Transform the definition that is causing you pain by identifying it. Negative definitions and judgments are released the moment you realize you have them, because you realize why you had them and they no longer make sense to you.

Change
Everything changes except… your existence, the All being the One and the One being the All, and the law of attraction and repulsion which is what you put out you get back. You are consciousness and are shifting that consciousness through billions of realities per second, which creates the perspective of movement. You are never the same thing twice. Everything changes when you change anything. Every change is a complete change including the main characters, stage, backdrop, and props. You are literally a new reality every moment…not a new person, but a complete new reality. The thing that is actually changing is your perspective. Everything that exists has always existed and always will exist, so nothing is ever new except your perspective. Each moment is a distinct reality and is stagnant and will never change like a snapshot on a frame of film. What changes is your perspective. Your consciousness shifts across these stagnant realities or frames of film to create continuity and liner time just like the projector light that shines through the frames of movie film as it moves through the projector. You are constantly creating the experience you are having and that is reality. Do not attempt to change the world around you; it is a fixed frame of film in your movie, a stagnate reality and it will never change. To change the world around you change your energetic vibration. Simply shift to the new reality in your imagination and then continue to behave as if it is now who you are. Focus on creating new structures that will take the place of old structures when they collapse. Create change by shifting to new realities lovingly, compassionately, without judgment, and by providing positive reflections of what you imagine the world to be.

Follow Your Excitement
Follow your highest excitement every moment to the best of your ability, with integrity and without expectation or insistence of the outcome. Excitement is your body’s physical translation of the true core nature of who you really are. When you understand that you and your experience are one and the same, when you realize that you are the experience you are having itself, then it becomes obvious to act on your joy in every moment. “You” are the experience “All That Is” is having of itself.
You have to be honest whether you are actually experiencing excitement or anxiety. Sometimes you may say that this excites me, but in fact what you are doing is running away from your excitement and you are actually following something out of your anxiety. But you all know the difference when you are honest with yourself, because they feel different.

Physical Reality
Physical reality exists within you. Physical reality is not outside of you. There is nothing “out there.” It is all inside of your consciousness. Traveling in space and time is traveling in you. Physical reality is a reflection like an image in a mirror. You know that to change your image in a mirror from a frown to a smile you simply smile. You wouldn’t reach out with your hands and try to get a hold of the edges of the mouth and turn them up. To change physical reality change your vibration, change your state of being, change what you are putting out. Don’t be concerned if the characters on the stage appear to be the same. You will be getting a different effect because that is what you are putting out. It doesn’t matter if the characters are the same if you are having a different experience. Your experience is what matters. What you experience is your reality. Your experience is who you are. You are the cause and the effect. When the image of physical reality needs to change it will in its own perfect timing.

Everything is Perfect
Creation makes no mistakes. If it is happening it is meant to happen. What you are putting out you are getting back. See the benefit of what is happening in each moment and accept it as a perfect creation. It is a perfect creation of what you are putting out. If it is not your preference, then you can change your vibration to create the next perfect moment that is more in alignment with your preference. This approach validates the path you are, the stepping-stone you are on, and allows you to then take the next step in an empowered way knowing it will be another perfect creation. Defining where you are as perfect empowers you to know that you are a perfect creator. From this perspective you are empowered to create what you prefer.

Abundance
Abundance is the ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it. No one lacks anything. Everyone is completely abundant. The reason for using the phrase “what you need” rather than “what you want” is because our physical mind may lock itself into negative definitions and “want” this and that in order to fill a hole in itself when it really doesn’t “need” those things.
Abundance is a state of consciousness. Abundance is a perspective. It is knowing who we are; that we are enough. We, as members of the community, realize that we are an aspect of All That Is and have access to All That Is at all times. We take only what we need when we need it and leave the rest knowing there is always enough and that we can have what we need anytime we need it.
Manifestation is making the invisible visible. It already exists; you just have to remove the definitions that are preventing you from experiencing it. You cannot experience what you’re not the vibration of.

Money
We understand that we will need to utilize money while we are bridging from the old system into the new one, but as we become more self-sufficient there will be no need for money to be exchanged in the community because everything belongs to everyone and there is no ownership. It is understood that there is enough for all. We will synchronistically attract the people, resources, and circumstances we need, when we need it.
There is complete trust that synchronicity is perfectly orchestrating everything at all times. If it is happening, it is meant to happen. Each person freely gives all that is produced from their excitement at all times, because he or she realizes that everyone else is really his or her self and are just giving to his or her self.
Everyone realizes that they support their reality; their reality does not support them. They do not look to the thing they “do” to support them.

The Idea of Local Currency
Think of a community economy as being like a big leaky bucket and money pours into it from many different places like wages, pensions, and grants. Most of it just pours out the holes in the bucket. Every time you shop in a supermarket 80% of that money leaves the community. You have a national currency that just pours through the community. If you have a local currency, it can’t leave. It just bounces off the sides of the bucket. It’s never going to replace the national currency; it is just something that runs along side of it as a complimentary thing. It’s like mindful money. If you shop with a local currency, like the Lewes Pound, you’re making a mindful decision to support local businesses.
It’s not officially money or legal tender. It’s a voucher. There is no obligation for anyone to take it in. It’s meant to strengthen the local economy, keep local businesses in business and raise awareness about local trade and suppliers. It lowers the carbon footprint by reducing transportation of goods. The average carrot in the US travels 1,800 miles. It reduces the likelihood of buying beans from Africa when we are perfectly capable of growing beans here in the local community. A balance is needed for what items need to be traded on the global economy and on a local economy.

Economy
The economy is based on each other rather than on symbols. Economy is based on each individual as an infinite being and we as a collective of infinite beings are our greatest resource, and not what we have.
The economy is based on connection and cooperation rather than separation and competition, and sharing responsibilities for the development and distribution of resources of all to all in harmony with nature. We rely upon and share the resources of all without hoarding or fearing that the resources will be depleted.
Money itself is just a neutral symbol of value, but the way it is used for manipulation in the old “profit at any cost” based economic system creates “master/slave” energy. Master and slave are the same polarized energy and are just different sides of the same coin. The mentality is “if I don’t have money I will starve and die, so I will be a slave to get money to survive. If I get enough money I will be a mater, but I am still scared of losing my money and becoming a slave again, so either way I’m still in constant fear”
Localize the economy. Slow the flow of money out. Keep the money in local community.

Power
Knowing that you are “All That Is” allows you to also know that you are completely empowered and can move things with the lightest touch, with just a thought. You are the power of infinite Creation itself. Life is easy when you know it is just you that you are changing rather than something outside of you. This is how you utilize the power of the illusion rather than being under the illusion of power. The greatest power requires the lightest touch. The idea that you are completely empowered must be a realization by you and not taught to you, because the very essence of self-empowerment is that it comes from you and not from outside of you. Extra Terrestrial civilizations understand that for humanity to realize their power, they must wake-up on they’re own and this is why they don’t just land right now and tell us how to do it.

Synchronicity and Time
Synchronicity is the physical translation of everything happening at once, in perfect timing, as it needs to, and everything being connected. Time is a mental construct created by our consciousness as a part of this particular dimension. There is actually only one moment. Everything exists now. The flow of time is just the same one moment from different linier perspectives. All “past” and “future” lives are happening now. There is no past and future. Live in the present and allow the synchronicities that you experience to demonstrate to you that everything already exists now.
We are not waiting for some time in the future to implement these ideas and be who we truly are, because there is no future or time and so we are behaving “as if” there is only now and living our principles both individually and as a community in every moment to the best of our ability. We are love and supporting each other in being the most fully express version of ourselves that we can be! We come together as a group regularly to share our individual gifts and attract the people and resources necessary to be more of who we are.

Polarity—Good and Bad
Focus positively and utilize ideas of integration, acceleration and expansion. Good and bad, right and wrong are relative ideas. They are judgments and perspectives. It is beneficial to let go of right and wrong and think of things as positive and negative energy so as to release any judgment and neutralize any energetic charge. Positive energy integrates, expands, and opens. Negative energy segregates, contracts, and closes.

Communication
Communicate in positive, loving, and empowering ways. Communicate from the heart. Focus on positive ideas, what you can do, and not on what you can’t do. Use positive rather than negative language. Use telempathic abilities for clarity. Be precise and clear with your words. Be transparent and remove your ego as much as possible from the process as if you were coaching them.

Relationships
All relationships are with yourself. You can only interact with yourself. What appears to be interaction with others is actually just a reflection of who you are. What you’re putting out you’re getting back.
A flowing natural model for beautiful relationships is to allow the law of attraction and repulsion to do its job without encumbering it with negative definitions. What wants to come to you will come to you and what wants to get away from you will leave you. All you have to do is be the most fully expressed version of yourself that you can be and be excited for everyone else to be the most fully expressed version of themselves that they can be. This kind of clarity and focus will attract with perfect timing who needs to be in relationship with you and repel who doesn’t. By being your most expressed self you will always be in perfect relationship with what you need to be in relationship with.

Love
Be “in” love with everyone, the entire world, the multiverse, and everything that is. Love is a state of being. Love is unconditional. Love is complete self worth and creativity. Love is not outside of you. Love is what you are. You can’t get love from another person. Another person can reflect love to you, but in that case it is still your own love that you are experiencing. After all, nothing is outside of you and you can only experience yourself. Everything you do is an act of love. Expansion and ascension is learning how to be in love with All That Is, learning how to be in love with yourself.

Sex
Sex and sensuality is a natural part of life. It is a way of connecting to more of who you are through an energetic exchange with another. It completes the circuit. It is beautiful, expansive, and ecstatic. There is no need to place any arbitrary restrictions or judgments on sex. Allow nature to take its course. Have sex when it comes up for the purpose of upliftment and joy without condition, control, manipulation, or coercion. Be fully transparent and honest with everyone involved and affected.
Sex can bring into play the polarizing energy of master and slave, desiring possession and desiring being possessed, dominator and dominated, owner and wanting to be owned, plunderer and object. All of these cases would be of a polarizing effect towards the negative. If any of these energies exist around sex then it would be beneficial to release the blockage in the lower chakra’s by letting negative definitions go and establishing new positive definitions.

Healthy Living
Eat organic fresh healthy plant based foods in smaller quantities and in more frequent intervals throughout the day as much as possible. Limit or eliminate consumption of animal based products as much as possible. Exercise regularly. Take in plenty of fresh air. Sleep according to your body’s natural cycles. As a person’s energetic vibration increases the need for food and sleep will decrease.

Energy
Use free sustainable energy as much as possible. Limit consumption of fossil fuels. Get off the grid. Use clean electric vehicles.

Nature
Live in harmony with the earth in as sustainable way as possible, making as low of impact as possible, and leaving it the way you found it as much as possible. Leave no trail.

Buildings and Physical Structures
Physical structures are formed to reflect energetic structures. In the past we wanted to experience our individuality and so we built separate houses and lived separate lives. Now we want to come back together in community while at the same time maintaining the benefits of our individuality and we need physical structures to accommodate that. By starting with the solid energetic structure of positive harmonious philosophies, we can build physical structures that are conducive to a harmonious experience that support both the idea of individuality and community.
We will construct only the structures that are necessary, that are efficient, green, and sustainable, with as low as impact as possible, and in harmony with nature as much as possible. The structures will accommodate higher conscious philosophical lifestyles that are in harmony with low impact living and that will prepare us for living more mobile lives in space. We will restore habitat to its original state in as many ways as possible.

Technology
Utilize and develop the most advanced technologies, such as free unlimited electromagnetic energy and space travel, and remember that technology is a reflection of us and not beyond who we are.

Education
We are all children from the perspective of understanding who we are as consciousness and all need to be educated in that field. In addition to general consciousness education, allow all people and children to attract themselves to what they are most naturally and innately inclined to learn about and participate in. Those that are already expert in those fields will teach them while they are “on the job.” All learning is on the job learning. Everyone is a teacher and everyone is a student. If someone shows up that is interested in what you’re doing then you become his or her teacher.


Kirk’s Qualifications
I was born to build community. When I was a child I would play in the dirt with my toy cars, trucks, sticks and blocks building elaborate communities with roads and houses. I was the kid that went around neighborhood knocking on doors to get the other kids to come out and play games and sports. As a teenager I worked on my Dad’s rental properties and built houses with my Brother. As an adult I was a general contractor, real estate agent, and real estate developer of multi-million dollar gated residential communities, luxury homes, and commercial business parks. I’ve been to the so-called “top” and lived in the mansion as a millionaire and been to so-called “bottom” with no money.
I built spiritual communities as well as physical communities. I founded Oneness of Us to bring people together at social events who were of like heart to connect consciously and facilitate synchronicities. I’ve written three books on the subjects of Who Am I?, Relationships, and Wealth. I’ve taught workshops and done personal coaching.
I have invested everything I own and everything I am to get to this point of really being able to live in community with myself and now in community with other people… which are my other selves. I never imagined the extents to which I have had to let go of limiting beliefs to arrive where I am now. I have let go of the idea of lack and not being enough and exchanged it for knowing that I am an infinite being expressing myself in this incarnation as unique aspect of All That Is. I have let go of the idea of career, money, and being controlled by money and replaced it with the idea of freely sharing my innate abilities with all who are synchronistically attracted to them. I let go of the traditional ideas of marriage and family and now see everyone as my family, mother, father, son, daughter, husband, and wife. Always trusting and allowing synchronicity to attract me to who I need to be with when I need to be there, knowing that what is happening is meant to happen.
I have been on a constant path of growth and evolution all my life. I have devoted myself full time for the last five years to personal development and doing this work. I’m not going back. I’ve used the bridge behind me to build the bridge in front of me. I’m free and unencumbered from all commitments to give all my time and energy and do what ever it takes to make it happen.
As a leader in bringing these ideas of community together, I am completely in alignment with the concepts. I am excited to utilize all my skills and experience by merging together spiritual community and physical community. Developing and facilitating community is who I have evolved to be. It is my full time passion and highest excitement to live in a world where everyone lives their highest joy and shares their unique gifts in holistic harmony with themselves, other people, and every other living thing on Earth and beyond.
